Guided meditation is an excellent way to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine regardless of where you are in your fertility journey.

Mindfulness based practices have been shown to have a particularly positive impact in patients undergoing fertility treatment including: improved coping ability, increased self-compassion, decreased anxiety and depressive symptoms and an improved quality of life.1-3
